The Renew Challenge is for you if:

✓ You’re ready to be challenged by new training techniques

✓ You enjoy the accountability of real time workouts and instruction
TRAINING STYLES
Throughout the Renew Challenge, you will complete 3 full body workouts per week including: 1 strength, 1 pilates, and 1 strength x pilates session.
Optional core and mobility sessions are provided on the days in between.
WORKOUT DURATION
Throughout the Renew Challenge, you can expect:
Full body workouts: 30-40 minutes each
Optional core and mobility: 10-15 minutes each
DIFFICULTY
The Renew Challenge is suitable for intermediate to advanced trainees and designed to be completed after the Restore Challenge, which follows a similar format.
While these workouts may be suitable for pregnancy or postpartum, it was not instructed with these modifications and so is to be completed at your discretion.

When does the series start?
The Renew Challenge starts when you do! All workouts are now available in the app.
What if I’m already a subscriber to ANDA app?
If you’re already a subscriber, this challenge is included in your subscription.
Does this challenge include home and gym workouts?
This challenge requires minimal equipment and can be completed at home or in a gym.
Are these workouts pregnancy and postpartum-friendly?
Yes! Please read the guidelines below.
PREGNANCY: if you are at any stage of pregnancy and have received clearance for physical activity from your healthcare provider.
POSTPARTUM: if you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and / or have received clearance to return to physical activity from your healthcare provider.
For both pregnancy and postpartum, optional modifications will be provided for more advanced movements.
How do I get access to the app?

Step 2: Wait for an email from “ANDA by Abby Pollock” (support@vhx.tv). This will include a “Start Watching” button where you can finish setting up your login info.
