Guys, finally some good news to share. In November I really changed my schedule and priorities, seriously committed and did it perfectly, not one workout missed. I lost 6 lbs and one inch and I'm feeling motivated and more like myself. 2-5 more lbs to be at my goal weight and then focusing on seriously defining, wanting to start 2020 on a real high and only go up. My relationship to food is a work in progress and I just need to remember to have faith and patience.
Just want to say I'm thankful for this community and that I'm rooting for you all and grateful for your support and knowledge! Gonna go crush a full body workout this morning! Xox

Here's my 2 month difference. I track my progress with pictures and measurements. So far there is a 1 1/2 inch difference in my waist and a 2 inch difference around my belly button. My belly hasn't been quite the same after my second kid, but this progress is promising! 😁😁

Here is my 2 month transformation, I am so shocked at the front pics. I feel so much leaner than I did before I started this challenge. The pictures show the difference! I feel so much more confident in my body than before! I find myself looking at myself in the mirror more and being like “geez girl! You look hot!”Here's my 2 month difference. I haven’t changed anything (exercise wise) and in fact this past week I’ve done less cardio because I twisted my ankle.
But in just 3 weeks and eating at 1800 calories, with less than 20 min of cardio a day, I’ve dropped 5.1lbs and a full inch off of my waist. My abs are now showing without even flexing.

So I’m on Phase 1, Week 2 of the Momentum Fat Loss Program and these two photos were taken only 10 days apart. I’m in SHOCK. And what’s more, I haven’t lost ANY weight on the scale. I think I ‘get’ it now. Abby you are a GENIUS 💕

I have enjoyed every minute of it! I didn't have weights, but I managed to set up four 8.8lb jugs of water that I have duct-taped two together for my lifting. I am entering Phase 2, and I am so excited to see what this next phase of workouts will have in store for me! Super happy about this program, and so proud of everyone here too who have finished it!

I’ve learned from Phase One that Abby’s minimum effective dose strategy works for me, and I’m feeling motivated and looking forward to the next steps!
According to my scale, I’m down 5 lbs (I ordered a body analyzing scale that’s due tomorrow!), and have lost a couple of inches at my waist and hips. I’m noticing definition in my arm/shoulders, and my booty’s shaping up a little!
