By completing the Be More Challenge you can expect to:

The Be More Challenge is for you if:
✓ You enjoy running, lifting, pilates - or a combination of all three
✓ You’re ready to commit to a daily movement routine
✓ You’re open to trying a “less is more” approach, so you can better align your training with the life you want to be living
✓ You enjoy the accountability of working out in real time, as a team
Throughout the Be More Challenge you can choose from RUN, LIFT, or SCULPT pilates-style training.
We’ve designed each plan to follow the same format of full body training 3x per week, so you can pick a track or mix-and-match.
Here’s how it works:
While each plan is based on full body training, the workouts vary to suit your selected activity.
For example, the RUN plan’s workouts focus more on strength, stability, and endurance whereas the LIFT plan’s workouts focus more on strength, power, and muscle.
Throughout the Be More Challenge you will experience a variety of workouts between:
Full body workouts, 3x per week: 30-50 minutes each
Optional activities on the days in between: 15-30 minutes each NOTE: depending on your ability, runs may be longer than this
The Be More Challenge is designed to level up your routine. With modifications provided for more advanced movements - what’s more important than experience is commitment.
If you’re struggling with consistency - you may prefer to start with our 2-Week Show Up Series.

-1 lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 lbs)
-1 heavier set of dumbbells (15-30 lbs)
-Team Bands (light, medium)
-Bench, box, or step
-Exercise mat
For the RUN MORE track, you’ll also need:
-1 set of hand weights (1-5 lbs)*
-Supportive pair of running shoes
For the SCULPT MORE track, you’ll also need:
-1 set of hand weights (1-5 lbs)*
*NOTE: hand weights can be swapped for a set of same-size cans from your pantry.
This challenge requires minimal equipment and can be completed at home or in a gym.
